The Scoop:
This is supposed to dry so quickly you can apply it in a taxi. Ever been on a smooth taxi ride? Me neither. Since yellow knuckles don't suit me, I applied at home. I didn't notice that it dried all that fast because I promptly took it off. I can't live with banana fingers. I will probably never wear this shade again. At least it was cheap!
