The Scoop:

I absolutely love navy nail polish and this is my fave.  For now.  I've had this one for years -- I first saw it on a colleague's hands and went downstairs after work to Duane Reade to buy it before I forgot the name.  It's pretty chip resistant, totally opaque, and looks great all year round.  A total ten.
